You can exchange your purchased Plan within 15 days of successful purchase confirmation or return within 5 business days, as long as you have not used the Transaction ID (purchase code) to sign up for any of our Conversation Meetings.

Refund:
Within 10 days, the refund request (resulting from return) will be sent to the credit card or checking account with the same tranquility.

The availability of the amount will occur according to the rules of the card administrator or client bank.
